im not sure about that either, when it says "give" i assumed that meant "obtain" as in if they have it they tell us and we award the badge.

oh.
I think it would be cool if we could give other members gold though, that would allow for forum games or whatnot with monetary rewards to winners. I'm questioning now whether its possible to do so, though.

I think you have to get coins to get the badges, which are awarded via posting on the forum. Later, staff members may make some badges that award coins.

I'm really not sure if this link existed or atleast I do not think LDA wanted it like that but being able to give coins to others would be interesting.
