That DK is really good for BtP if you can maybe lower more things could get interesting I believe max for DK is 12.35 for PAL.

Edit: Also the trick with ness is you got to dash left, stick jump, then dash on the ledge, then fastfall.

still no success for BtP..
I try to get 3.73 or so more often..

I just tested Jiggs BtT BSS NTSC TAS..
and I got 3.67
that's max..
so max for PAL is 3.69..
I also have screenshot and I try to get a movie...
